Rtveladze (1971. pp. 127-139) have indicated the separate types of ceramics of towns in the Lower Volga area and North Caucasus are similar to Khorezm; in particular, this similarity takes place in the majolica and mosaic tiles.
The new types of glazed ceramics, the so-called 'Urgench tile' on kashin base appeared in the Golden Horde towns of the Lower Volga area and North Caucasus with direct participation of craftsmen of Khorezm.
Details of decoration and a shape of vessels of the 13-14th centuries found in North Caucasus, Moldova and the Volga area are similar to decoration and shape of Khorezm pottery.
